Worship Guitar Chord Chart, Free Printable PDF

Acoustic teams often keep a ten-chord cheat sheet in the worship binder for songs that jump between G, C, D, Em, Am, F, Bm, A, E, and Dm. Barre dots show where a volunteer must cover fret two for Bm or fret one for F while the rest of the band follows the lyric chart.

Worked example: a leader caps the guitar at fret 2 while the chord sheet still lists G, C, and D shapes. Singers hear A, B, and E concert pitch; the guitarist reads the familiar open letters on this printout, not the transposed key at the top of the projector slide. For a D to Bm to G to A tag, walk the room through locating D open, sliding into Bm, then releasing back to G before the A turnaround.

Slide a copy into the music stand clip before Sunday run-through. Change paper size or swap to the beginner open set in the controls below when a middle-school helper needs simpler fingerings before joining the main team.

Pair this sheet with lyric charts that list Nashville numbers. When a chart shows 1-6m-4-5 in G, trace each numeral to the chord box on this page so volunteers stop guessing whether the minor chord is Am or Bm.
