Avery 5160 / 8160 Label Template, 30 Per Sheet

Avery 5160 is the default US mailing label: thirty stickers in a 3 by 10 grid on letter paper. If your box says 8160 or 5960, the die cut is the same; only the packaging code changes.

Thirty labels fill a letter page in three columns of ten. Each cell is 2 and 5/8 inches wide by 1 inch tall with a rounded corner. That pitch matches Avery 8160 laser packs and many house-brand 5160 sheets sold at office stores.

About Avery 5160 labels

Each label is 2 and 5/8 inches wide by 1 inch tall. Compare to 5161 when you need a four-inch-wide address block, or 5167 when you only need a tiny return line.

In the printer dialog, pick US Letter, scale 100%, and turn off Fit to page. Laser users often get sharper barcodes than inkjet on 5160 stock. If alignment drifts, reprint on plain paper and overlay the sheet before using labels.

Alignment drifts when the printer grabs paper from a curled tray. Feed 5160 from the manual slot when possible, set media type to labels, and disable borderless printing so the top margin stays at half an inch.

Choose 5161 when the street line needs four inches of width. Choose 5167 only for a one-line return address on an envelope flap, not a full mailing block.
