Avery 5161 / 8161 Label Template, 20 Per Sheet
Choose 5161 when an address will not fit on a standard 5160 strip: wedding reply envelopes, wide window envelopes, and long company names that need the full four-inch width.
Twenty labels per sheet in two columns of ten. Each label is 4 inches wide by 1 inch tall, the widest standard address format Avery sells on letter stock.
Your sheet. Click any label to type on it.
Wide 5161 cells fit wedding reply envelopes; keep city and ZIP on line two so auto size does not shrink the name.
About Avery 5161 labels
Twenty labels per sheet in two columns of ten; each label is 4 inches wide by 1 inch tall. 8161 is the same layout for laser packs. Pick 5160 instead if you mail at high volume and do not need the extra width.
Feed letter paper through the manual tray if your printer curls heavy label stock. Print one test on copy paper, hold it behind a 5161 sheet in a window, then run the adhesive sheet at 100% scale.
Window envelopes often need the address block centered in the wide cell. Use center alignment when the recipient name is short but the street line is long.
If you mail at volume and addresses fit on 5160, switch templates to save adhesive. 5161 shines when a law firm name or apartment line would wrap awkwardly on a narrow strip.
