Wedding Guest List Printable, Free PDF

A wedding guest list printable is the master roster: who is invited, which side they sit with, and what they ordered for dinner. Twenty rows include household grouping, bride or groom checkboxes, invite mailed, Y/N/M RSVP ticks, and meal notes so caterers see counts without opening a spreadsheet.

Addresses stay optional for couples who already mailed save-the-dates. Print at 100% scale with scaling turned off. Controls below toggle the address column, row count, paper, and orientation.

When tables are set, move households to a seating chart using the same headcount you verified here.

Worked example

Worked example: you invite 18 households. Row 1 is Garcia (household of 4), groom side, invite mailed March 2, RSVP yes, meal chicken. Row 2 is Patel (household of 2), bride side, invite mailed March 2, RSVP maybe, meal vegetarian. Caterer asks for chicken versus fish totals: scan the meal column, not the RSVP ticks alone.

Guest list FAQs
When should I use bride and groom side columns?
Use them when ushers seat by family at the reception or when you split photo lists. Leave both unchecked for coworkers or mutual friends who are not tied to one side.
Do I need the address column on the wedding guest list?
Keep addresses when you still mail formal invitations or thank-you notes from this sheet. Hide the column in the controls if you already store addresses in email or a spreadsheet.
How is this different from an RSVP tracker?
The guest list holds meal choices and household notes for catering. The RSVP tracker is a running count of reply cards only; copy final yes totals here once replies slow down.
